3). Characteristics of thermal transfer coating

(3). Excellent heat fastness, even if the image has just been transferred at 200 ℃ before it cools down, you can't pick it with your fingernails; the coating won't be broken when you collide with each other during hot water cleaning.
(4). When transferring the heat sublimation ink can be crosslinked with the coating reaction, generating new substances, pigments can be firmly fixed in the coating, even if the temperature is increased again, the ink will not diffuse to the un-transferred area; this feature can be two or more times in the same image of the cup or other artifacts with the material, randomly transferring the required picture.
(5). 4). Coating spraying operation

Sublimation thermal transfer ink selection is also a work that can not be ignored, the transfer image is bright, its resistance to friction, firmness, and so on. Whether the transferred image is bright, its friction resistance, firmness and adhesion is the strongest, the quality of sublimation thermal transfer ink plays a decisive role. The difference with printing is that the dye in the transfer ink is sublimated by heat and penetrates into the molecular structure of the object, and after sublimation, it forms a brightly colored Image. 3. Bake printing operation
