Disinfection of domestic tableware
1. Steam disinfection
Clean the tableware according to the size and put it on a clean large cage drawer, cover it and steam it with fire. When the water boils, continue steaming for another 20-30 minutes. Adopt natural cooling method to cool the tableware. When using, do not be polluted by dirty dishcloth, so that tableware becomes a source of infection again.
2. Boil and disinfect
After washing the ceramic coffee mugs, put it into a large pot and add tap water. The depth of the water should not exceed the tableware. Add the heat to boil, continue to boil for 30 minutes after boiling, cool naturally, then it can be used.
3. Dishwasher disinfection
Dishwasher is a kind of washing and disinfecting machine, convenient and practical. It should be noted that the time and temperature of disinfection must be strictly followed in order to ensure the disinfection effect.
4. Disinfection cabinet
Disinfection cabinet has ozone and far infrared and other types. Put the tableware into the disinfecting cabinet, turn on the button, and turn off the machine for cooling after 15-20 minutes.
5. Drug disinfection
Tableware that is not resistant to high temperature, especially beer utensils, will burst and deform when exposed to heat, can be soaked with bleach, chloramine, potassium permanganate and other disinfectants. When soaking, it must be noted that the solution must not exceed the tableware; the concentration of the solution shall be in accordance with the specified requirements, for example, 0.5% clear solution shall be used for bleaching powder; 3% clear solution shall be used for tableware of hepatitis patients; the soaking time shall be sufficient, generally 15-30 minutes; after soaking, it shall be rinsed with clear water, preferably with flowing water.
6. Disinfect with ultraviolet light
Sunlight and ultraviolet have strong germicidal ability. If the above methods can not be used, the ceramic tea cups can also be washed and exposed to the sun for more than 40 minutes, which can play a role in disinfection and sterilization. Be careful not to be polluted by dust and mosquitoes when airing.
